Enjoyable evening with my wife, great service , food was prepared as requested, loved the fried green tomatoes.
Great place to unwind and have a few drinks. Love the atmosphere.
My wife and I have visited twice. We particularly like the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese and the shrimp and grits. They made an error on our bill but were quick to correct it when it was brought to their attention. We will most likely be driving from Hickory fairly frequently to dine there.

I simply wanted a steak w bp and salad. They wanted 27 dollar's for steak w beans and rice. Salad was extra 2 dollar's. I didn't want Mexican. I just ordered salad but only tying I recognized was one cucumber slice. No iceburg lettuce served here, and the drink wasn't chilled, it was served room temp. without salt or a lemon wedge. Their shrimp and grits are divine! Also the owner changed the menu for the season. My favorite fall entree was the vegatarian meatloaf!
Meatloaf, potatoes and fried okra and a glass of black ink. WONDERFUL! !!
My favorite for a special night out or a great casual lunch. We have always had top notch service from a great group of people. Yes, I would recommend to my friends and neighbors. Chris
