RecommendedTwinstar really stepped up for my small business this week. I have used them since I started my Tumwater location and always had good service. With the new SBA loans and the stimulus package there was confusion from a number of banks. I reached out to Twinstar on Friday afternoon, they responded that night and updated me with details on Saturday morning. "As simple as activating a debit card is simply hard to do with this credit union. Customer service from the activation line center is very unpleasant. Been with the company for over 10 years and today its the worst experience ever. Chelsea, the manager from the activation line center, hung up the phone from me four times just because she doesnt want to deal with my problems. RecommendedTwin Star has been my banking institution for many many moons. When I bought my first car from a dealership two years ago they were so helpful and patient walking me through the steps, and getting the loose ends taken care of when the dealership didn't send them the documents. I've always had good interactions with the staff and never really had any problems with the app. My only sadness was when they stopped doing shared branching with the banks near me (currently in So Cal).
