Bought a camper from Fife RV that in the end we could not pull. Fife signed us up for a loan through Twinstar. Fife sent a check to Twinstar to payoff the loan back after determining we could not pull the trailer. i called Twinstar every day for over a week asking if they had received a check and they said no. Called Fife RV and they called Twinstar. Twinstar is the best bank I have ever had in my life.... Tina Perry is one of the best Supervisors in the world along with Mary Ellis which she set me up with my account few years back... I more then recommend it. every time I go in... no problems and they know how to get the job done.. thank you so much ladies... for being amazing
TwinStar ATM's have started charging a $2.50 fee for withdrawing cash! A credit union is not supposed to be driven by fees. I had positive experiences in the past however I have closed my TwinStar account since they don't want to play nice with the credit union ATM network.

it's been heard to get a hold of anyone I've been fighting to get my money back
I made a purchase on line that all I needed to pay was shipping. within 5 minutes Twinstar informed me there was an additional charge on my account for nearly $200.00. The next morning I was able to cancel the order without being charged. without their promptness, it would have been a huge mess for me.
