NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not good at reaching out to you if you are overdue. I thought I could update my info online but instead I have to call them. Did not know this until they knocked my credit score down 40 points for being $.02 late. They also charge you $60 for being that late too. So stupid over $.02. They will not work with you.
I have always had great service. Like eveything about this bank. If I have to wait to talk to someone I don't mind cause there are more than just "me " there that need help too. I just sit and have a cup of coffee they provide. Life is too short... slow down and relax. The employees there are trying to help everyone and probably have problems of there own, but they have to deal with other people's problems and I thank them for that. They all desserve an applause. 👏. Thank you and God Bless You Always.
Every other Credit Union lets you withdraw cash for free if you're with another credit union. This place does not, this place sucks.
Excellent customer service on the phone! I always feel like I've accomplished more than intended each call. Be it getting a car loan from Brandy or ordering a new card from Cameron they are always so helpful and kind. I appreciate all of them. I moved to Spokane 5 years ago and still refuse to switch banks. Keep up the good work.
Twinstar is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to financial institutions. The customer service at the branches as well as over the phone is deplorable. The communication between crew members is non existent. Their choice of contractors the uses borders on criminal negligence. So sit back, enjoy the feeling that your money is “safe” with them.
