Twin Star has been my banking institution for many many moons. When I bought my first car from a dealership two years ago they were so helpful and patient walking me through the steps, and getting the loose ends taken care of when the dealership didn't send them the documents. I've always had good interactions with the staff and never really had any problems with the app. My only sadness was when they stopped doing shared branching with the banks near me (currently in So Cal). How do you charge a “foreign draft negotiation fee” on a Canadian check issued in “US FUNDS?” If your bankers can’t figure it out, maybe offer them proper training. We are in Washington after all. Educate your employees.

Twin Star cares more about protecting their interest than in the education and well being of their customers. Make sure you understand every little detail required before you consider taking out a loan. They protect their bottom line, at the cost of yours!
After being a customer for 13 years, I can't WAIT to move my money somewhere else. Dealing with Twin Star has become an absolute nightmare from so many different angles. I can't even outline them or it would cost me an entire day of time and energy. If you have an option - use another bank (I'm switching to an online bank and couldn't be more excited!)
I have been with Twinstar Credit Union for just about ten years now and I absolutely love them. I always have a great experience when I stop by to withdraw funds, transfer funds, get a loan, etc. Their rates are amazing and customer service is wonderful. I do however have one minor problem; the closest branch to me is in Tacoma which requires me to drive over the toll bridge and it takes me about 45 minutes to get there.
