Waiting now 43 days for a new car title. Why should this take so long. Purchased a GMC from another dealer and received the title in two weeks. Sounds like someone misplaced the paperwork and forgot all about me.
Brandon was awesome to work with and made sure to do everything he could to get us into the vehicle we desired. We would recommend Twins!
Twins Buick GMC advertised a dodge utility truck for $24,875 on Facebook I called to inquire and the salesman Brandon told me $27800 I then sent him a copy of the advertisement and haven’t heard from them since. I would not recommend a dealership with this type of integrity
I stopped at family in Columbus on my way to MI due to issues with my car. They recommended Twins for service. I talked to Joey in service about the issues and they corrected the problem and some others I was unaware of after ordering parts from Cleveland. Great communication, technical service repair and timeliness.
I have left several messages for the service area and can not get a call back. Poor customer service.
