I would not believe them if they said the grass is green. The staff will lie to get you to come in, even if the car your looking for is not there.

Purchased a 2017 Toyota RAV4 this week from Twins. Sara called me within 5 minutes of me sending a message thru Carfax. River was really helpful in showing me the vehicles that I was interested in and was knowledgeable to answer my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he was willing to reach out to someone else and get me an answer. This was the best car buying experience I have had and would highly recommend.

Last week I reached out in regards to a used vehicle Twins had listed. Made it very clear that I was interested in purchasing said car. Spoke to a salesperson and sales manager. Asked if I could come the next day to test drive as I live 3 hours away. They informed me that it was in the shop and I couldn't come until Thursday or Friday. Then they said Monday or later. As our Sales Manager explained over the phone, the Honda Odyssey was at Honda for a recall so we could not give you an exact date it would be completed and returned to our lot. we made a appointment to look and test drivew at a vehicle today we drove from Indiana 2+hour when we got there they sold the vehicle without contacting me they have my phone number at least they could a call and tell me i have my whole family with me plus a 2year old baby they didn't even try calling or text or something is horrible experience... i do not recommend this dealer ship to everyone especially if your from out of town all i can say is bad bad bad do not buy from this dealer is very bad business..!!!

Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life. In an industry full of sales people with a reputation of being rude this staff sure lived up to it. Steven, my salesman, didn’t even offer a business card. In fact when asked for said card Steven told us we could go grab one ourselves if we wanted one. The entire staff talks down to you as if you are ignorant. About a week after purchase I received a call that my used car was supposed to have tires put on before it ever left the dealership. How could Twins GMC Buick improve? How about returning calls. How about following through with providing the parts that were promised and signed for on the "WE OWE" sheet that you provided at the close of the sale. How about being honest. This has been the worst customer service ever. Mike Colucci was the sales person.
