I had a great experience at this store. When I walked in we were greeted by a very nice lady who assisted us look for a bridal headpiece and veil. She gave us space to browse and assisted when we had questions. It was also nice to see a large selection of accessories instead of shopping online or on a catalogue.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I had during the wedding process. After paying almost $1000 in bridal jewelry from this store, I noticed my $300 headpiece broke BEFORE I even used it. A week before the wedding, I went to show a family member the headpiece and it broke in my hand! I immediately called the store to get it replaced and the hostile, horrendous owner said "too bad". Had a lovely experience in this store! Purchased my earrings for the wedding, and will be returning for the headband. Cannot wait to come back. Very nice staff!
