Very welcoming, and encouraging; Becky is great! I felt very good after doing the beginner Pilates mat class, and from I understand that is how you should feel. I also received instruction that gave me a deeper understanding of the excercises than if I had used a book or video.
I checked out Six Degrees since I got an email offering a free class because it was my birthday this month. I'm so glad I did. I took an all-level reformer class since I'm recovering from shoulder surgery (I likely would have gone for the advanced class if not for my bad wing). But "all-level" did not mean "beginner"! The class kicked my bootie, and I loved every second of it. Cady was funny and motivating, and her cueing was excellent. I will definitely be coming back once my shoulder heals more. Great instructors! Beautiful space! Always smiling faces, even through the sweat!
I really enjoyed the 6 degrees barre class! It was challenging but the instructor was very peppy and helped motivate us. Only downfall if your a newbie no one really tells you what to do...it's best just to watch what others are doing and follow! It's also very hard to see the instructor much of the time, so again you kind of just do what everyone else is doing.
I absolutely love this place.... I was gone for about 6 months and I am so happy to be back... Thanks everybody!!!
Beautiful studio. Very warm and inviting, not intimidating whatsoever. A friendly and smiling staff! Probably the most comfortable I've been at in a "work-out zone".
