Twin Pines made purchasing a vehicle a seamless experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
The entire TEAM that I observed was very intent on making sure that each customer was being taken care of. Our salesmen Adam Reid was most helpful and made the entire process seamless. Would I recommend Twin Pine Ford? Absolutely!! This was the first time to deal with them and from my experience it won’t be the last. Everybody gets involved when a sale is made in ringing the bell, that’s a pretty kool idea👍
The place was packed but everyone was absolutely the BEST! Brian Brensinger was very friendly, thoughtful and of course extremely knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured or rushed in any way to make our decision. Quinn McGowan walked us through all our options with financing and was also very friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. First of all they had a come on ad on the internet. Then we discussed another EV that had a price listed under $25,000 so made that vehicle eligible for the $4,000 used EV tax credit since it was also two years old. However to get the under $25,000 price you are required to buy a $4,000 service contract. If you don't buy the service contract the price of the car goes above $29,000. So in effect it's a scheme to sell service contracts. Do business here at your own risk!

The business and staff were professional. When purchasing, we elected to have a specific thing done by the detailers. When taking the car off the lot I noticed that what I asked for was not done. A salesman giving world class service would have ensured the request was honored. It wasn't bad service by any means but it wasn't top-notch either.
Autumn was awesome and our visit to Twin Pine was very pleasant. Appreciated the "no pressure" approach from both Autumn and Dan. Thanks!!
