I came to Twin Pine to inquire about a car I’d seen online. The salesman Zack Myers was HUGELY helpful, took me on a test drive, familiarized me with the car’s features, gave me the company’s best price. Very satisfactory experience.
Quinn at Twin Pine Ford was incredible to work with! I needed a quick transaction and he delivered! He responded instantly to every text and had the cars I was interested in pulled around before my arrival. The transaction was done in a matter of minutes, flawlessly and enjoyable. I would recommend Quinn and Twin Pine to anyone!
The treatment we received from the moment we stepped though the door was nothing but wonderful. No high pressure, treated with respect and care. Our salesman Seth was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Next time we need a new car, Twin Pine Ford will be our first stop for sure.

Would not recommend. Had a terrible experience and it looks like recently others have as well. They are dishonest and unprofessional and when you cannot use your car for months (I bought my car in December drove it one time and now it is almost March and still in the shop) because they have sold you a faulty one they will only gaslight you and post your personal documentation (ON SOMEONE ELSE’S REVIEW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL) for all to see trying to cover themselves instead of try and fix the lack of customer service. Last month, my daughter bought a Hyundai Kona from Twin Pine. She drove it home and went to a local Whole Foods to charge it. It died there. She drove it for ONE DAY. Had it towed to a local Hyundai dealer and there was a recall on the battery on ALL Hyundai Konas. Twin Pine said it had been repaired and there were no active recalls on the vehicle.
