Their no haggle process is different from what I’m used to, but I had a great experience. Ryan was very patient to answer all of my questions and I’m very happy with my new Jetta!

I am not a fan of car shopping! Twin Pine has a lot of inventory to search which was helpful. Ryan was helpful and supportive in allowing me to test drive several options i thought might work for my family. After searching and narrowing down I do not think the perfect "unicorn" car exists to meet all my needs. However Ryan and the team provided support and personal insight to help me find the best vehicle at the best deal. I thank you all for your help and plan to return in the future!
