Second encounter rating 6/5- Ryan was a straight forward, no pressure, extremely professional, and personable Salesman the entire experience. Ryan was willing to update us as the cars would be available, and what stage they were in being prepped for the lot (and actually followed through on his word!). Just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe yesterday. I was so excited to find exactly what I wanted and at a great price. Seth was great to work with. He took his time and I was not pressured or rushed in spite of a full showroom. My wife and I had a fabulous experience at Twin Pine. This was our second purchase from the dealership, and Bill B. was a wonderful sales associate. Our situation was unique in that we were replacing a car which had a lot of trouble. Gary Zimmerman, the President of Twin Pine, worked with the finance department to get us into a vehicle at a similar price to the vehicle we were replacing.
