Twin Pines is an average dealership and the car buying process was straight forward. They had a car we wanted so we bought it. They did not do anything to go above or beyond and honestly we could have gotten more from our trade from another dealer. They offer free inspections but you have to keep their decals/plates on your car. They should give the customer the option before drilling holes in the front bumper and junking up a 60k dollar car with their logos.
It was the first time we visited this place and it was a wonderful experience. The agents were very helpful. Treated us with respect and answer all our questions. Totally would recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 4pm. Received a call at 318pm on confirming appointment with salesman. Told them I would be there and was about 20 minutes away. Received call at 345pm from sales manager said the car was already bought by someone that was coming from 3 hrs away and they could no longer sell it to me but tried to show me other cars in the lot. Stay away from this dealership, they lied to us about financing and did the loan backwards now we are unable to finically recover. When we called to address it they said there is nothing they can do to fix it. They want to argue over what the bank states and at they are not being truthful. Bottom line they will say what they need to in order to make a sale no matter how it affects the customer. Great car buying experience! Our salesman Ryan was professional, personable, and knowledgable. There was no “BS” and he worked hard to put together a deal. Alex in finance was just as great. He explained financing and warranty options without the pushy tactics other dealers use. Will be recommending Ryan and Twin Pine Ford to friends and family!
