called to make appt to see a truck and ignored our request for two days but gave the truck to another sales person who held the truck for the customer ahead of me. manager just said these things happen. unethical at the least. president should know what kind of operation is going on there

we were pushed aside for three days wanting to make an appt and were told that we could not make an appt until the truck was out of recon and they could not put it on hold. that was untrue as they held it for another customer for another sales person. unethical to say the least. will advise anyone on social media to stay away from twin pine ford.

I took my vehicle to a garage that could not troubleshoot the problem. I then brought my vehicle to Twin Pines Ford and they fixed my vehicle, got it done faster then they originally quoted me and my service experience was professional and courteous.
This dealership does not come close to any other dealers pricing. They are way too high and also not fair when it comes to trade ins. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Cory Nesbitt was excellent and super courteous. When the vehicle we came to look at was in the process of being sold, he showed us options of what my wife and I were looking for.
Nice facility and friendly service. Prices were reasonable and staff was not pushing you for a sale.

The salespeople that we met with were very helpful. They did not waste our time and answered all our questiones to our satisfaction.
