Doctor Castillo expedited my prescription, so I could go buy my meds in Mexico.After all it is a lot cheaper and it's the same if you were to buy in the USA.Saved me about 500 dollars.Thank you Dr.Castillo and staff.
I really like Dr. Castillo. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of common sense. She is patient and spends time asking questions to completely understand your needs. It's obvious she cares for her patients.
I have been going to Dr. Castillo for years and she and her staff have been so kind and considerate, comprehensive and not afraid to set me straight when I needed it. She has also been able to take new patients, fellow healthcare worker, who often make the worst patients who don't likely to go to see doctors, follow up, etc.

Horrible place to go. Be prepared to never be able to get anyone on the phone- and when you do, you get put on hold FOREVER. You can’t get lab results, insurance paperwork, call backs, or ANYTHING else for that matter. The front desk woman is completely INCOMPETENT. The phone just lays there on her desk off the hook. Irresponsible, apathetic and totally incompetent. Avoid this place like the plague.
Dr. Castillo has been my primary care provider for the past 10 years. I have found her to be exceedingly knowledgeable and a great listener. She consistently shows interest, compassion, patience, and respect for me. She has been, 100% of the time, spot-on with both diagnosis and treatment and has never over (or under) prescribed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Castillo and Twin Peaks Family Practice.
this is the worst place anyone could possibly work at. the doctor badmouths you in front of patients and also overworks you and understaffs without getting paid nearly enough for all the crap we deal with. she’s extremely rude and unprofessional. i stayed for the experience but wish i would’ve left this extremely unorganized place earlier then i did. i do not recommend anyone going here or working here-you can definitely find a better job somewhere else where you’re not treated like dirt.

Unfortunately I have not been impressed with Dr Castillo. There have been some improvements over the years. It used to be that no one ever answered the phone (except for the sweet gal that set the appointments) and no one ever returned calls. Now it is likely that you will catch someone at least by your third call, and calls tend to be returned. The doctor is really harsh towards her staff (who appear to be trying hard to run around and get things done). It is uncomfortable to hear people tr
