Wanted information on an upcoming event, called and the gal on the phone was short and rude to me. she acted like I was really interrupting her day. therefore, it gave me some insight on what it would be like to plan a big event with them. Will not use them.
The food and table service was very good. The reception we received when we arrived plus what I saw with other customers coming in for dinner was very dry from the two hostesses in the front. We’ve had dinner there a few times plus attended a wedding here last summer. The food and service has always been very good. If the front door reception was more welcoming and friendlier, TwinOwls would rate 4 or 5 stars. The first impression of a place is the first reception you receive.
