Most apathetic waitress that seemed unhappy to be working. Good food and Val the manager had 10 times personality of anyone there . Hostess was clueless as how to handle more than one couple at a time. Dude on water refills was also excellent. Prices fair, nice atmosphere and live music was a treat. As with any tourist town, service, or lack of it is very apparent.

We had a wonderful dinner and our waitress, Natalia, was amazing. Very friendly staff and the food and drink was divine. Thank you for being so warm and inviting!
We had such a great experience this evening at Twin Owls. I had the 4X4 which included a filet and a lobster tail. It was phenomenal!! My husband ordered the elk. He was very pleased. The service was the BEST we've had in Estes Park, hands down. Val made our experience enjoyable. Highly recommend the restaurant and Val!

My wife and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary with a delicious meal at Twin Owls Steakhouse. We got a sampler appetizer that included some Elk medallions that were amazing. My first time to try elk and it was delicious! I wish I would have gotten it as an entree. My waiter, Serjey, was from the Ukraine and he was great. I give it an A+ and would love to come back one day.
