Horrible service the doctor kept using cuss words and the nurse didn't even want to give me the shot she wanted to go home
This is the only place in Victoria we go when we are sick! Excellent care, online check-in, never a wait and follow up!
Went in 3 weeks ago very ill. Was given a script for antibiotics and cough syrup. Told them couldn't eat, said would get better. No X-rays of lungs, no steroid script, no follow up, nothing. 3 weeks later and 20 pounds lighter still not better - asked for nurse or dr to call me. 10 hours later STILL no call. Was told I probably just need to come back in and pay another $100 copay, but would have the nurse or Dr call, nope - this is crazy!
Nothing beats fast and efficient service when you have a 5 year old that is not feeling well. Very friendly staff and Great with children.
