I am sitting here with my 76 year old uncle and we have been sitting outside in the car for an hour. He's feeling weak and can not stand on his own. The VA sent us here.
If you need URGENT care do not go to 108 Twin Fountains Dr Victoria TX. Especially if Dr. Tracy Oros is the dr you will be seeing. I made an appointment at 1 and waited in the room until 1:50. I walked out asking if I will be seen today and Oros went on by saying “ma’am you can wait and I will be with you in a moment” I said “well there was only one person in front of me when I got here and you’ve already seen more people since I’ve been here” she said “I have more patients than just you” I went ahead and told her I’ll leave... read more

Told me the wrong date to come back and get my test read and then said oh well that's not what I said causing me to have to pay for it again. Thanks for wasting my money.
This is my second visit this year. I would recommend this facility as the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I used the app and waited in my car. It was so nice not to have to sit inside with all the flu that is going around. The app alerted me when it was my turn. They were quick and courteous. Great experience
FIVE STARS!! Highly recommend this clinic! Front desk staff service (Kim) was awesome as well Dr. Sarah Lewis! Lewis was very charismatic & made us laugh & comfortable! Definitely gonna be my go-to in the future if needed!
Both my husband and I went mainly for me feeling so sick, I was tested positive for the B Flu. I was treated so nice and greeted nicely and that makes it so much better just how you’re handled, my nurse and doctor were awesome. My husband got checked out since we live in the same household, he was fine, but has his meds on backup if needed, he felt they were nice too, thank you Twin Fountains for diagnosis I have.
