RecommendedCame for a consult on what looked like a jaw fracture but was relieved to be tooth decay causing pain. They did not delay surgery but stayed to make it happen same day of our visit. Thanks so much.
We love this place! We’ve been going for about two years and they have always treated our dogs so kindly. Recently though, our dog Annie was sick and we were able to get a same day appointment where we discovered she had eaten something. They were able to fit her in for same day surgery and watched her so closely afterwards! Dr. Olsen called regularly for check ins and kept us updated at every step of the way. We won’t go anywhere else.
My dog, Mason, had a large tumor removed from his lower leg 4 weeks ago. Due to the area of the wound, it's required multiple bandage changes each week. Dr Rachwitz, Dr Olsen and all the techs there have been absolutely wonderful and welcoming to us each time we come in. I'm very glad my family recommended them and can see why they use them for their animals.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Smokey, our newest and littlest member of the family, under the care of Dr. Katie Olson. She is truly professional, caring as well as competent. Her veterinary assistants and office staff are also courteous and helpful. Be advised the office has moved a block or so west, in the former China Road location.
My dog Charlie had a root canal done here and it went so smoothly. Staff was welcoming, helpful, and informative. Thankful for a quick procedure and a supportive staff!
