Brought our dog all the way from Broken Bow to get some fractures of her molars sealed. We were not sure what all it would entail but Dr. Rachwitz explained everything to us completely, was extremely friendly, very professional and very realistic about just how extensive it was prudent to go. Not once did we feel that he was recommending work that did not truly need to be done. Dr Olson is the best! She genuinely loves animals and will give you the honest truth, even if it means recommending you don’t opt into expensive things that aren’t necessary. Our shy cat even rubbed up on her today, which was a first for anyone outside of myself and my husband! Pup and Cat give them four paws up :)
Every visit we have made has been great. The doctors are very good and knowledgeable. I'm glad we found them!
Fantastic team. We had to fly our dog to the UK. Katie Olson was fantastic and sorted all necessary (& confusing) paperwork for us. Highly recommend
Today's Barnabas update: He had surgery yesterday and vet said it went great. On a side note Dr. Erich Rachwitz at Twin Creek Animal Hospital in Bellevue is awesome!!! If your pets ever have teeth issues, he was compassionate, friendly, understanding and fair on price, his staff is wonderful too. Barnabas was lethargic a bit last night and had some diarrhea from anesthesia but this morning he is the same old crazy man, woke me up at 7 to pee, barking at neighbors and chased Hy-Vee delivery guy and ate all of his breakfast.No... read more
This office is so awesome!! I had my first visit with my dog today and Dr. Nicole could see I was upset and asked if she could hug me. We now have our new vets office. ❤️
