I stopped by with a picture of our dogs ear to make sure that we needed to setup an appointment. Tech refused to look at picture and was told to make an appointment. Glad to see that money was more important than our dog!

After a scary week or two with my 11 yr Aussie that had cancer in her mouth, I handed her over to Dr Erich this morning. I knew when he first walked into the room talking "puppy" talk to her and then he talked with me that he was a pretty cool dude and everything was going to be ok. He explained what was going to happen and made me feel at ease that my girl was going to be in good hands! Thank you Dr Erich and everyone at Twin Creek AH!
My husband and I recently rescued a German Shepard who's prior home situation was less than ideal; he was fearful of everything and everyone and was not afraid to say so. Our first (attempted) visit, all Hank did was bark and growl and Dr Erich just sat on the floor and gave him treats to let him know the vet wasn't a bad place.
