Waitress Melody was awful. Unfriendly, and kind of rude.. no personality at all. She was very dry and looked pissed off , maybe that’s her face but when you’re in the service business at least put a smile on your face to make the customer feel like they would like to come back. She wasn’t friendly at all and she spoke to us like she was mad. My husband and I have been going to Twin Colony for years but had moved away and hadn’t been in awhile. We went about a month ago and again this evening, July 13, 2018. The coffee was delicious as usual but that is all. We asked for eggs over lightly and they came hard, no yolk and we sent them back, the ones they recooked were perfect. We waited after ordering about 15 minutes before we got served our coffee. My husbands English muffin was like a hockey puck and I ordered my home fries with onion and received no onion. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they were the best ones I’ve had in a while. I would give 5 stars but there were eggshells in my pancakes. I did eat around it, however. They were delicious.
Waitstaff.. no matter who serves you are all amazing.. the food is outstanding!!! Come in , sit and enjoy laughs, great food ��� Breakfast anytime !!!

Slowest service ever. Been here twice. Once when it wasn't busy. Once when it was. And both times it took them 15 minutes just to ask us what we wanted to drink. This time someone next to us sat down and got their drink within 2 minutes of them arriving while I waited another 10 minutes to get my drink after we ordered. Then they got their food within 10 minutes while me and my girlfriend have been waiting a half hour for ours.... it's not worth the wait at all
