I took a boat tranny to Jeff for repair, which he said he would get on right away. After multiple calls to see what he found, I was told he hadn't looked at it yet because the book he needed to reference was at his OTHER location. After several more days, I called and told him to put it back together and I would stop to pick it up. When I picked up the unit, it was in a plastic container completely disassembled. DO NOT let this business ruin your vehicle.
