I made an appointment several weeks ago for warranty work on my 2018 Pilot. I set my appointment for 9 AM. When I made my appointment I shared that I would be waiting for the vehicle to be checked. When I arrived I was told there were 3 other ‘waiters’ ahead of me. I inquired as to my 9 AM appointment.
