I highly recommend Greta at twin city Honda! She was extremely friendly. Her and her manager did anything and I mean everything to get me into the car I wanted. It just so happened they had the same exact Buick encore I was eye balling else where. she gave me the best deal possible and was finally able to get me into the vehicle. The Buick encore at Twin city Honda had way less miles than the other one I was eyeballing, had AC!!! (The other did not) and they weren’t asking an… See more

** DO NOT USE TWIN CITY NISSAN **In January I went and got a brand new Nissan Rouge - if youve seen the inside you know why. I put $15,000 down to make the payments more manageable. The sales experience was great - thats where the good stops. Two days after buying the car Im driving home and the radio goes black and wont turn on. Two hours later I go outside - it still isnt turning on. The next morning it all turns on. I call the dealership and they really dont give me the time of day. So my sales rep has me come in to the s... read more

I know how frustrating it can be to experience this only for it not to happen when you bring it in for repair. In researching your complaint I noticed the vehicle has not had any warranty repairs performed on it in the short time you owned it or in the subsequent 6 months of someone else's ownership. I am sorry that the frustration of the situation led to the decision to trade your new vehicle in on a preowned vehicle.... read more

Don’t buy a vehicle from here or use their service department. I’ve had issue after issue with my brand NEW vehicle that I purchased in May of 2021. Since January 2022, I’ve had to bring my car back to the 4 times, and as of 4:45 this morning, I will now need a repair for the FIFTH time. They have no idea what is actually wrong with my car and keep on “fixing it.” Which is clearly not working since the same light comes back up on my dashboard. At this point, I feel like TCH has had my car more than I have this year! Or close... read more

Lauren and Katy were so sweet, kind and helpful. Lauren has always listened to my concerns and put her best foot forward, I am very impressed by her quick and efficient communication, her attention to myself and my vehicle has really been a blessing and Lauren was always helpful.
