I dropped my Honda Accord off at 7:30 for an oil change and was told I would receive a call as soon as it is ready. At 4:00 I called them since they hadn’t called me. The first person told me they didn’t have my car, the second person found the reservation but not the paperwork. Ok now that have found my car and will do the oil change now. Really????? So where has my car been since 7:30am?
This was the second time I stopped at Twin City Honda for a little help with my CRV. I don't know why I came back. Nobody came outside to the service lane. When I went inside, a very rude person snapped at me that it will be $125 just to look at the vehicle, and it could be 3 days or more before they could do anything about it.
