other car dealers are right about your dealership. you ARE the Gypsies of car dealers. when you "pay off what one owes" you do NOT tack it on to their purchase. that isnt a pay off. that is the customer STILL paying for the trade in and you guys get a free car. people. go elsewhere. this place is a joke. i know. i was a victim 2yrs ago stuck with a car they forced me into instead of making it work with what i wanted. and dont bother with their website. if you see something YOU WANT. well it got "sold". again AVOID, someone w... read more
I never do reviews but I just had to take a second to brag on the team at Twin City. Keith Turley was absolutely wonderful. He told me he wanted to find me a car that I was in love with and he did exactly that.. drove up to the other dealership in Knoxville and he met me at work with the car because I didn’t have time to go during the day. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys so much! ��
