Well yet again lied to and told nothing couldn't be done and it was my problem my car has been broke down longer than I've drive it since I got a 16k loan for it that's fine and okay letters will be sent from people higher up than me

Terrible, just terrible. Acted so kind and helpful to get us into a vehicle harping about buying a warranty, got one. Haven’t even made the first payment and still have the drive out tags and it won’t run, is sitting at another dealership who tried their best to help us, wouldn’t you know the warranty won’t cover what’s wrong because it was their error when looking over the car before selling it. This place is PURE SHADY!! MY DAUGHTER and her fiance bought a car there also bought an extended warranty to go with it, paid a substantial down payment and they are not driving the car because it wasn't inspected like they told them it was and the car is undriveable! They haven't even made the first payment and the dealership doesn't want to pay the charges to fix it and the damn warranty they sold to them will not cover the problem!! PIECES OF SHIT bottom line!!!
I was highly impressed with Joe at Twin City Auto Center. He bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service & make my car buying experience pleasant.
Bobby Dyer was amazing and patient with my purchasing of a new vehicle. It seemed he wanted most of all me to be happy with my selection and get exactly what I wanted. We will return when it’s time for my family’s next upgrade for sure!
