Went there because of the ad on the radio (completely misleading of course). The ad says they WILL pay off your trade NO MATTER HOW MUCH you owe. That is a complete LIE and a tactic to get you in the door. While they can't have fine print on the radio, they could add to it certain restrictions apply. So my opinion is don't waste your time, they obviously have no problem wasting yours. Oh ya, the staff is rude too. People come to you because they need help, not to be shamed or talked down to. My husband and I were in today to see if we could qualify for a better car. We had originally spoken to Henry Tanner who was wonderful and polite over the phone, but since he was not going to be there on a Sunday we had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Harvey Stevens. If you have a bit of trouble with your credit and have a small down payment I'm sure they can help you get into a nice quality Car. He got us into a 2017 vehicle with payments under $400 a month.
