I ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day. My receipt shows that they were to be delivered the same day, and the flowers did not arrive. I left a voicemail on their company phone that night, and the phone was on busy the next day, and I have yet to receive a returned call back.
The phone has been busy for let's see all dam day what is going on . She never got thanks really appreciate ya bad news .
My girlfriend ordered flowers for my moms birthday, she got an email stating they had been delivered, but after talking to my mom they never had been delivered. I have been trying to reach them for 3 days and all I get is a busy signal!!! WTF!!!
Awful service..order flowers from FTD and they used them..nothing like was posted on the website. I was told that I would get a new arrangement that same day..and of course nothing..can't get a hold of anyone.poor..poor customer service. AWFUL customer service & product!!
I've never before come across a company who so completely ignore customer complaints. I ordered flowers in good time to mark an anniversary. Instead of the day I asked for they were delivered the same day when my friend was out of state. This not only completely spoilt the surprise it inconvenienced another family member who had to go and retrieve the flowers which bore only a passing resemblance to what was shown on the website. Disgusting service. Twigs totally ruined what was supposed to have been a special occasion. They have also not had the common decency of replying to my emails, phone messages and chat with one of their agents online. How they could be voted'Best in Utah' is beyond me.
Twigs staff didn't bat an eye when I walked in on a Tuesday and asked about some wedding flowers for that Saturday. In fact, they gave me several great options. Other than specifying the colors I wanted, I let these professionals design my bouquet, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. The flowers were done on time and absolutely stunning! I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how fresh and healthy the flowers were. As I write this, it's more than one month after the wedding, and I still have one bloom in a vase!
