Received Bouquet for Mother’s Day on Sunday and by Tuesday the Roses we’re all wilted, the filler flowers were all dried out & falling off (Not so pretty) Called & all they had to say was Okay & have a nice day and hung up. I would never recommend this Flower Shop to anybody very disappointed. ZERO STARS

Sent email saying flowers were delivered but no flowers have been received. In addition, all phone call have been in vain...constantly a busy signal. Perhaps ...off the hook????

Valentine's order is now 2 days late and still not delivered. Unable to get ahold of anybody at the shop because their phone is always busy. At this point they've taken a $100 from us and not provided us any services or flowers and no way to get our money back! Do not use this business!

I don't know. When I'm offered to "upgrade" to a "Deluxe" version of my arrangement for an additional 40% of the cost and even the "Deluxe" is maybe half as large as the flowers that show on the "Standard" arrangement picture....somethings wrong. To say the least, I'm bummed. I could have spent half ($65 dollars) at Costco and delivered them myself, which would have been more impressive than these are...and its not close, either.

Thought I'd support local. Wish I wouldn't have. The plant looked beautiful in the stock photo that was used. The real thing was an embarrassment. I ordered the deluxe and it was anything but. It was miniature. So tiny and looked nothing like the picture. Can't imagine what the small would be. Doll sized? One day after the funeral the flowers that probably just had their stems stuck in the dirt are dead. Very unhappy and embarrassed customer that will not be coming back.

I will always use Twigs Flower Company. I found out the recipient was ill the day before delivery and I needed to change the address from their workplace to their home address, but it was already after hours. I was so worried and left a voicemail stating the issue and if they could send to the new address, but was not sure they would get to it in time. Twigs Flower Company opens at 10AM but I received a voicemail at 9:58AM stating that everything was taken care of and they would deliver to the new address. Later that day, th... read more

Was ordering online, clicked confirm, then the confirmation page had a completely different bouquet listed (obviously more expensive). You'd think this would be an easy fix. I email, twice, no response. Then I try to call all day, either busy or immediately cuts out. Finally get an email response: "please sir what is your order number". I respond. Last I ever hear from them. Now I'm in a bind, because I don't know if I need to order from somewhere else before mother's day. Would never use this company for anything.
