I bought flowers for My husband because he was feeling a little "low". When he brought them home, I felt "low". What a complete disappointment. I felt like what I sent him was a blow in the face. This was a $90 arrangement. Really? Really?

After same difficulties my wife got the flowers and there was a "wow" (not because of planned occasion but still that was quite a surprise). That is way I am changing my previous opinion. The flowers are really good even better then I’d expected. My wife won’t say that she never gets anything for VD… at least for the next few months :) So Thank You Very Much for completing my order and it would be just perfect if You did improve a little communication timing in the online channel :) Thank You once again and Good luck.

I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered on Valentine's Day, and they never arrived. No one called her at any point about the delivery, or contacted me. I have tried to call three times today and the phone appears to be off the hook. I am very disappointed with the service.

These flowers were delivered 2 hours late after my husband had already left work, the surprise was completely ruined and we thought he wasn't even getting them. That's not ok I ordered these a week in advance not last minute there was no reason for a late delivery. Happy Valentine's Day, thanks for ruining mine. UPDATE: To add injury to insult the flowers we received were in no way the arrangement ordered, I'm so glad I payed for deluxe beautiful arrangement, and received something I could have received from walmart at a 3rd... read more

I placed an order to have flowers delivers today for my friends baby shower, that I'm missing because I'm traveling out of the country and she did not receive it or even get a phone call!! How disappointing that they messed up such an important event for me, such terrible serivce!

Arrangements are very creative and attention to detail is incredible. I needed a Christmas Arrangement for my wife last minute and not only were they fast, but the service was 5 star. Delivered right on time and I definitely got the Wow!! I was hoping for. I would order from them again for sure.
