Lawsuit She could get in plenty of trouble b/c she said she would not hire fat people. Her clients are "fat". I wonder if she could live her lifestyle if her "fat" clients left.
What happened to empowering each other? Never have I seen such unprofessionalism. Not to mention outright discriminatory behavior (by Shauna). ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! Scripted- maybe? If so why would you want to protray yourself that way? I think that is how they really are. Life is too precious to be worrying about butt marks on the chairs. Completely Horrified!! It is my personal and professional opinion as a master designer at one of the top spas in the nation, that Shauna's behavior and personal etiquette were inexcusable. No Class Ms. Shauna is one of the least happy people I have ever seen in my life. What a cold-hearted, self centered person. What is going on with her and that bizarre nephew, that he comes every day to do her makeup, that is just too wierd. These people are so self absorbed... This salon has some of the most unbelievably rude people I have ever spoke with. After a consultation here where my stylist spent more time looking a herself in the mirror than at my hair, I think I will go else where. After more rsearch I found out the owner evn lies about her credentials.... she claims to be some world champian hair dresser as if there is such a thing, apparetl she was kicked of the team before the competition even began. What a joke
Friendly staff Twiggs Salon and Spa has the nicest staff and you feel right at home. They are all very professional and fun to talk to. Treatment rooms are very small but that is the only downfall for this salon and spa. It is definitely a place to go to get pampered.
