I've live at this apartment for 2 1/2 years now and it's the only place I've lived since moving to Atlanta in 2014. It's a great location for anyone new to the city being conveniently located to just about any place in the city and right off the interstate. The staff has always been prompt to resolve any issues I've had and I haven't had any issues with messy residents.
Tamiko and the rest of the office staff are great!! The maintenance team is great as well, fast, friendly, and effective!
The office personnel are wonderful the maintain department are awesome! It's quiet and lovely living here no other place can touch Prelude!!!!
My wife and I lived here for two years after leaving another complex. We loved it and the staff and management. The maintenance team was reliable, friendly, competent and effective. It was tough to beat the strategic location so close to great malls, I-85 and I-285. I'll miss the amenities but it was time to get a house. Very thankful for my stay there.
