I usually don’t do reviews but this apartment has been a nightmare and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this. This is an awful apartment complex! I cannot wait until my lease is up so that I can move. There is trash over the entire apartment complex! And parking is awful right now. They claim to be doing construction on the top two floors, (NOTHING HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED) so residents are forced to park on the first three floors of the parking deck. I live on the 5th floor so I have to walk up four flights of stairs ... read more

I fell in love with this apartment when I first saw it. The appliances were very clean and well maintained. In my first year, I received very professional and attentive treatment from the property management staff, quick maintenance responses, etc., but everything started falling apart once they changed staff (which happens in most cases in the life of property mgmt.) Insecure living, unclear parking situation and bad odors (weed) in hallways and some times getting inside the apartments thru the vent system. The gates have been open for months now and anyone can get in from all sides, on top of that they have security that boots guest cars if they are not in the visitor spot, which I’m ok with if they had proper signs for it and they don’t.
RecommendedEverywhere you go you can always either make the best of it or the worse of a situation. I can say this community has provided us with nothing but positive experiences. I can say the one thing that is a little troubling is the issues with the gates coming in and out of the facility. But, if that is my biggest issue than ill take that over others.

The apartment homes are very nice, spacious, and in a very desirable area. The pool, cyber lounge, and fitness centers are all state-of-the-art and provide tenants with a comfortable environment. I would highly recommend twenty-nine24 to anyone looking for an above-average living environment.
We spent 3 days looking for apartments in the Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown area and this was the last place we looked because it was the place we LOVED over the twenty other places we had seen! We are so excited to be living here!!
I would definitely recommend Brookhaven Apartments! I lived there for 3 years and everything was wonderful. Anytime I reported a problem, management was quick to get back with me and take care of the issue. It was a great environment to live in.
