This place is absolute trash. Had problems since day one. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this pile of garbage complex. Save yourself a lot of headache and pass this place by as quickly as you can. Today was the tipping point. Absolute worst customer service and professionalism. Don't appreciate being laughed at by an office member when I was telling her about what another staff member told me. Counting down the days before we leave this god awful place.
Came home today to find my patio furniture MISSING and all taped up to be painted. The leasing office's response was "I don't know where your furniture would be" and could not care less. Now, 5 hours later, the Manager nor @ThePaintingCompanyATL Project Manager know where my patio furniture is. The Trinity regional manager has not responded to any of my emails today. The Feedback corporate phone number has not answered all day today nor answered any of my emails today. @CommunityRedefined
Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend this place at all. Please do your research before moving here, there are incidents pretty much every week, you can confirm this with the police department. People managing this place don't do anything and they don't let you move even when this place is not safe.
The experience at prelude at Claremont apartment is very exceptional. They truly care about their residents and they do whatever they can to make it easy for us. I am not just saying that because I am a current resident and I have lived here going on two years but as a true person who really loves where he lives. I recommend this place to anyone looking into Brookhaven area!!
