They are under New Management and I have moved several Clients in here, they all love living here. They have some great new updates and it is priced just right. I love going here and intend to keep going back.
The worst. Have had problems here since the beginning. Don't live here if you can help it and get out while you can. The water is insanely high for no reason and the tenants are so lazy that they take their dogs to do their business at the bottom of the stairs on the walk way. The rent just went up for bonded units requiring to make $26,000 or less. The hot tub is forever broken.
