Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly staff! I really trust Greg with my Miata. I know they are going to always repair my car right and charge the appropriate price. Also they know how to treat their customers in a way that makes you feel like a priority.
I spoke to John and felt an instant comfort from his energetic and friendly delivery over the phone. I actually gave him a hug when we met. John as well as Minh were very through. Upon our departure we felt well informed. To the both of the Gentlemen I would like to say Thank You for your excellent service. AND, we had so much fun with both!
Before we decided to go to Turtle Click we tried a shop near our house. They could not figure out the problem and the problem came back after two days that was fixed. Finally we took the car to Turtle Click they found the problem , fixed it and the car is running perfectly. We are extremely happy with the service. For now on we are taking the car there for everything.
Tuttle-Click Mazda has very nice personnel, quick service, and a comfortable waiting room with delicious coffee and snacks!
