Their service department is unresponsive about their pricing unless you go there in person. Over chat/email, they say they’ll get back to you but never do. Over phone, they just put you on hold and never come back.

I had my car towed to them. I called them and spoke to a women in Service. I gave her all my information and told her that the car was on its way in. I explained the problems with the car. I asked her if I needed to be there. She had me hold on as she spoke to someone else and came back on to tell me that I need not be there to facilitate repairs. I can't complain. Great sale. Great customer service. Dealership is friendly and very accommodating whether you stay and wait or their offer to Lyft you to anywhere in the area. I went to two other dealerships at one point in the inland empire for myself and my daughter. Terrible service and my commitment is to Tuttle-Click Irvine. They surpass them all.
Had an amazing experience at Tuttle-Click Mazda!! Denise, Carl, and Daniel were so helpful and made the car buying process as smooth as possible. Took great care of me, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!! I’m loving my Mazda 6!!
