This week I'm hopefully getting a brand new car, I'm so excited, my dad just got one last month and the sales personel where owesome he was so crazy about the people from tuscaloosa Chevrolet because years ago he got two vehicles from them but now he is referring friends and family (including me) to tuscaloosa toyota.I expect to live the same experience and I hope im taking the right decision, I talked yesterday with someone from tuscaloosa toyota by phone and I just want to say this people is awesome....
I guess today is just the day for foolishness. Called Tuscaloosa Toyota about 2wks ago requesting a price quote on front brakes and rotars. The service department gave me a quote and I scheduled an appointment bright and early for today. Get there, the staff member asks me the price I was quoted, so I tell him. He scoffs in my face..then politely quotes me a price almost $100 more than what I was told.
