I'll try to keep this short and sweet, but no promises. I bought a new Camry from Tuscaloosa Toyota last year, and had a good experience, so when the time came to buy a truck, I went back. After finding a truck that I liked, I told the salesman that I would like to get it, but I wished they could go lower on the price. They are horrible at calling back letting you know what's going on with your car don't give you updates the first time I took my scion they kept it for two weeks until they found out what was going on now the problem is still going on after I paid to get it fixed like I don't understand did you guys not fix what I paid to get fixed

Very satisfied with the customer service my fiance and I received after the purchase of her new Toyota 4runner. She had a small problem with a tire the day she drove off the lot, we came back and the general manager of the dealership was very understanding and very helpful. He found a solution to her problem and had her back on the road very quickly. We will definitely be return customers in the future, from the service the salesman gave her all the way up to the general manager it was a top notch experience.
