Very very bad customer service
Its easy to rate high when a business has what you need but their pricing is competative and the staff are really nice. Didnt wait to long to be served and they have an ubundance of advice if you need it..
I've never come across rude staff like this before! Couldn't find anyone around to help so walked into the office and no one even bothered to stand up just yelled across the room. I actually needed to buy $500 worth of garden stones but decided to take my business elsewhere.
Used them many times for supplies. Always friendly and delivery is quick and experienced drivers . The guys on the phone do a great job!
