Stayed her for a year under Reaton property management. I have ZERO complaints. Communication was great, Maintenance was quick and efficient and monthly pest control. Kaley Wilson was amazing and very patient a 10/10. Would recommend to anyone
I don't usually post reviews on apartment complexes, but here we are. I am currently living here and for the first year things were ok. I had been having an issue with a leak coming from the fireplace and it was never fixed in all the years I've been here. Fast forward to this month and mold has been growing at an exponential rate. I have asked to be transferred to another apartment and they told me I could view it before moving in. I did and told them I would like the unit, with a few repairs made before moving in. If you're thinking about moving here ...beware! they are scamming!!! They basically charge you an application fee after showing you an apartment and never follow up with you after that. They kept my deposit and wouldn't answer my call for over a week. I went back to the office to follow up and the application went through. I met all requirements.... The old lady in the office said that the apartment was already rented out and wouldn't refund me. Don't waste your time.
Such a phenomenal place to live! Office staff and maintenance staff are beyond wonderful. Any time there’s been an issue, they’ve fixed it immediately. I would recommend Turtle Cove 100 times if I could!
