I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pat at Turnkey. He met with me, identified my needs, ordered the needed items, and installed everything. About a week after the install, he called me and spent about 30 mins on the phone answering questions I had about my new setup. He did not try to upsell, but he was very clear on the important things to consider for my specific situation (security, ease of functionality, etc.).
