Absolutely love the support I receive from Turnkey! They are extremely responsive to support tickets, emails, and phone calls. No question is too dumb (and trust me I have asked them all). They take the stress of managing the server off of me so I can worry about my clients.
Possibly the best customer support I have ever received came from Jodi M today. Incredibly patient, clear and supportive. Despite the challenges in getting my situation resolved, Jodi was friendly and funny and full of cheer for over an hour and a half. Turnkey provide very competitive services, so I imagined their customer service would be lacking, as companies often try to save money in that department. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. First class. Thank you very much.
WOW ... did i get helped ... i was having troubles on my VPS since it is my first experience .... i was getting failed messages ... so the very nice tech guy named Autumn M. got on my VPS and told me the whole condition ... he removed files and checked to see that everything was great and made it easy for me to finish. My experience with these folks has been stellar, and today in particular agent Jodi M went above and beyond following my file and helping me get SSL & my IP needs sorted out. Some final work is being done and I am all set! Great prices, great service, highly recommended!
Starting and running a company is tough, but rewarding. Fun, yet frustrating. Good support is hard to come by. After getting the runaround from several other companies about dedicated servers and VPS, I can relax a bit!
