Autumn M. helped me out with some tech support on a weekend. I wasn't super aware that they did tech support so it was nice that she got straight to the point and asked what the issue was. I described it in good detail and she immediately knew what to do. After providing the relevant info to her she went and resolved the issue in a more than adequate time frame while still being on the chat with me. Very courteous, professional and thorough! Would recommend.

In the past 5 years I have worked with various web hosting company none can beat Turnkey Internet. All the support and help I have received from the billing department to sales have been first class, if there anything more than first class I would recommend that. Ran into my first issue after using their service for months (my own fault). Spoke to Autumn M in live chat, within minutes the root cause was pinned down and my server fully accessible again. Thanks Autumn, extremely professional service!
Overall a positive experience so far. 24hrs after the purchase of a dedicated server I received a security call. The lady was polite and after taking a few details confirmed my order. I take this as a positive. I prefer to have a service with a company who take security seriously. The server was then set-up a further 24hrs later. Once I had set-up cPanel to my liking I opened a support ticket to request rDNS/ PTF to be set-up. I spoke to "Jodi M" and she put this through for me quickly and professionally.
