The Customer Service at TurnKey has always been spot on... Huge Props to Emily H. in Billing, she was very helpful and helped facilitate my many questions that I had. My only suggestion would be to get better speed service in the Midwest.

TurnKey has always been pretty phenomenal to me, HOWEVER today was especially enlightening. Autumn M from the tech support department really knows their stuff and I was VERY impressed with the speed at which my issues were handled, I even received some additional resources on further securing my virtual server.
I had a major problem with moving a database from one provider to Turnkey. With the great help of Justin, Autumn, Jodi, Andrew, Lisa, and Emily, I was able to setup a new account with Turnkey, move the database and get it up and running. There were some major technical issues that were overcome, and without their help and technical expertise this never would have happened. With great appreciation, All the best!
