I've been with turnkey for over a year now. No downtime and support has been awesome. When I need support Randi O always knows how to solve my issues. Where to begin. I have been with TurnKey since they took over my old hosting company. I have slowly upgraded from the simple ‘web hosting’ account to a VPS and now on to a Fully Managed Dedicated Server. I've used TurnKey's colo in upstate NY for about three years. I truly cannot remember any downtime. Tech support is excellent, and Alison, the billing manager is great. I highly recommend them.
their servers are cheap no Doubt. But overall Experience with them is very Critical. Their staff is not 24 hours available if you face any issue In Billing then you have to wait up to 3 days They suspended my Service in very Busy Period for Verification of Credit card And When i submitted Application for Approval after a long process (fill their form, Scan credit card, Passport, Bills) But after submission i talk with them on live chat then they say Our Billing Staff is Enjoying Vacations and now my Busy Server is Not access... read more

I only remember contacting support during the initial setup. Otherwise the server has been running flawlessly, so hadn't need to contact support since then. I have been Turnkey coming to my 3rd year. I pay for my VPS yearly since I won't be leaving anytime soon. Keep up the good work.
